Every hour spent on this is an hour not spent running the business. Most of it can be automated, in the Excel you already use.

to prepare the performance report
I pulled financial and sales data from several systems into one automated Excel workflow, with checks for missing records and inconsistent prices. The station performance report now refreshes instead of being rebuilt.

How it works
Tell me what's slowing you down. I'll ask about your data, your report and what “done” looks like.
Scope, price and delivery date in writing. You decide, with no obligation.
Usually delivered in days, not weeks, with a check-in along the way.
Short video and notes, a revision round included, and optional support afterwards.
I spent four years as a management consultant at KPMG building financial models, cost-allocation models and procurement reporting, then nearly seven years at Hrvatski Telekom (Deutsche Telekom group), where I built the reporting for the ICT services portfolio. Today I work as a product manager and consultant, and through NonStopExcel I take on a limited number of Excel projects.
I start with the business problem, agree a clear scope, and hand over files your team can actually understand.
Every project gets a fixed quote after a free 20-minute call, so you know the price before any work starts. No hourly billing, no surprises. Quotes are in euros, or in US dollars for clients outside Europe.
Yes. I'm a CISA-certified information systems auditor and have led IT audits for banks, including a central bank. I sign an NDA on request, work under GDPR from the EU, and delete your files when the project ends. You can also share anonymised or sample data.
We agree on what “done” means before I start, and every project includes a revision round. The job isn't finished until the file does what we agreed.
No. I build in the Excel you already have (Microsoft 365 or Excel 2016 and newer), using built-in tools like Power Query, PivotTables and, where needed, VBA.
Yes. Files are built to be understood, not just to work. You get a short handover video and notes, and as a former IT lecturer I make sure the people using it know how.
Remotely. We start with a video call, you share files by email, OneDrive, SharePoint or Google Drive, and I keep you updated until delivery.
Yes. I spent four years at KPMG and nearly seven at Hrvatski Telekom (Deutsche Telekom group). NDAs, purchase orders and invoicing through your procurement process are all fine.
